Chicago Jobs Council works to enable individuals living in poverty to attain employment and career advancement opportunities. CJC has grown to include over 100 members comprised of community organizations, advocacy groups, businesses and individuals, all of which work together to improve public policies and stimulate the workforce.

Tandemodus worked with Opportunity Chicago, an initiative funded by Chicago Jobs Council, to shape the launch of their organization via a website and a variety of communication tools. This sparked an ongoing relationship between Tandemodus and CJC, resulting in the design of multiple reports as well as a website redesign for a statewide CJC campaign: Illinois Works for the Future. This new website increased accessibility of ideas and clarity of the organization's purpose.
