Cultural Innovation
In 2007 an innovative new Spertus building—designed by Chicago’s Krueck + Sexton Architects—was opened in the heart of Chicago’s historic academic and cultural corridor. The new state-of-the-art facility was created to share the wealth of public programming, exhibitions, collections, research facilities and degree programs.
With the grand opening of the new structure, Spertus challenged the Tandemodus team to design innovative communication tools that reflect the design aesthetic, energy and openness of its new home. Tandemodus developed a new system of organization and identification for its quarterly calendar, a dynamic public invitation and an elegant gala invitation focusing on the new building.
