Tandemodus
Design + Strategy
For over 50 years, The Nature Conservancy of Illinois has had an effect on the Midwest and the land it protects. For many non-profits, volunteers are the lifeblood of the organization. They are passionate advocates who dedicate time, energy and resources towards their cause. The Nature Conservancy asked Tandemodus to develop concepts for their annual report that focused on the difference makers, people.
Once we identified and understood the volunteers and their stories, we focused on creating concepts that humanized their efforts. Cause and Effect gave The Nature Conservancy the opportunity to illustrate to it’s constituents and donors not only the range of it’s volunteer base, but the meaningful effect each has on the organization and the environment.
“We have received nothing but glowing response from leadership, board members, trustees and other recipients.” says The Nature Conservancy Marketing Resource Center Associate Director, Lizabeth MacDonald . “Messages we’re hearing are: excellent overall presentation; it makes people accessible, tangible and believable. The participants do care about nature and their contributions are well portrayed and it’s fun to read.”
